Since many years, Piaggio can satisfy the specific needs of mobility of Emergency Corps proposing special vehicles equipped with a series of special features to carry out their specific mission.

These vehicles, both 2W and 4W, are designed to carry out different kinds of emergency missions (technical, sanitary or environmental ones); they are peculiar for their excellent agility in the urban traffic thanks to their compact dimensions, fundamental feature for operations where time can save lives.

Also the 4W have very compact dimensions, allowing to access and stop also in very traffic-jammed areas, where larger vehicles can't stop or even access. Besides, the use of advanced engines with reduced or zero impact allows the access also in hystorical city centers and/or traffic-free areas. At the same time, all these vehicles offer a superior ease of usage, particularly important for a professional usage, a good confort for any size drivers, and with low operating costs, thanks to the reduced fuel consumption and limited maintenance operations thanks to their durability and reliability. Besides the Piaggio vehicles outstand for their reduced environmental impact, thanks to the compact dimensions and to the advanced engines, both thermic and electric.

These vehicles can be equipped with front and rear blue flashing lights, two-tone syrene, special body colour and stickers and special equipments like the ambulance for 4 wheeler vehicles, or with front windscreen and rear top box for emergency equipment for 2 wheelers, depending on the model.
